Fishing has been a lifelong passion of mine. Growing up in Wisconsin, I spent countless days on the water with my dad, who was a fishing guide. It wasn’t just about the catch—it was about the stories, the laughter, and the connection to nature. Those moments shaped my love for fishing and turned it into something much more than a hobby.

When I moved to Juneau, Alaska, I felt the undeniable pull of the wild. The stunning scenery and endless fishing opportunities have been a dream come true. Exploring the local fishing spots here has not only deepened my love for the water but also created incredible new memories this is what inspired me to start REEL1.
